Jansha Store is an online retail store based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operated by Jansha General Trading FZ-LLC. We bring everyday essentials and harder-to-find finds together in one place — 1,093 products spanning home and kitchen appliances, electronics, baby care, beauty, books, toys, crafts and pet supplies — and ship them straight to your door.

How we work
We work with a network of vetted suppliers and brands. When you order, the item is picked, packed and shipped by the supplier that holds it and sent directly to you. That is how we keep the range broad and the prices competitive — and every purchase still comes with Jansha Store behind it: one order record, one point of contact, one place to come back to if something is not right.
What you can count on
- 30 days to change your mind. If an item is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return — unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, and neither can perishable goods, personalised items, personal care products or hazardous materials — the full list is in our Return Policy.
- Dispatch within 1–3 business days. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–3 business days in the UAE, 3–7 in the GCC, 7–21 for the rest of the world.
- Tracking on every order. You get an order confirmation straight away, then a dispatch email with a tracking number. If tracking has not arrived within 5 business days, tell us and we will chase it.
- Prices in UAE dirhams (AED), shown clearly before you pay. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and any free-shipping offer is stated there.
- Real people behind the store. Email info@janshamart.com and we normally reply within one business day, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00 GST.
